The Night Wolves MC of Russia

The history of the Night Wolves MC of Russia is nothing short of incredible. Bikers often talk about the great freedom that comes with riding motorbikes. Never was this more true than in the founding days of the Night Wolves in the 1980’s.

At a time when Russia was far from free it was the Night Wolves who helped pave the way for greater expression and freedom through their support as defenders of the suppressed Rock Culture that was struggling to exist. Now in more peaceful and harmonious times they have become one of the largest and most respected motorcycle clubs in Russia and beyond. Zhenia is the club’s co-coordinator and she is helping us during our tour of the Ukraine and Russia.

Several members of the Night Wolves, including Zhenia, are keen divers and we have been told about a number of interesting wrecks and sites that few others would ever have heard about. We are looking forward to diving on these ship wrecks around the Crimea part of the Ukrainian Black Sea.

The highlight of the trip is the Night Wolves annual bike show held in Sevastopol, which attracts thousands of bikers from far and wide.
