Scott of Black Sea Scuba based in Bulgaria was the first person to show great interest in our trip. We were looking for a great dive operator to take us to the more interesting wrecks and sites of this historical region and Black Sea Scuba kindly offered to show us around and accommodate us in their nearby diver hotel.

With grateful thanks to Harry Bakker of Aquarius Dive Centre in Constanta who came to the rescue by accommodating our wreck diving and stay in Romania.

Aquarius has a full range of services from recreational to tech diving and importantly one of the few zodiac services in the region allowing us to reach the good sites in the variable sea conditions. Like many areas in the Black Sea, the variety of wrecks is very wide incorporating new, old and ancient examples. It will certainly help to be shown around by the experts.
